Heart of the Cow

Recall this strange looking fruit?  They call it the Heart of the Cow.

The insides of the heart of the cow.  One waits until it is very soft, then peal it and eat!  Ummmm well it looks really rather icky but in actuality it has the texture and taste of a grapefruit with very large black seeds that resemble black beans.  Ro loved it so much he gobbled most of it down.
